How Should I Take DEOS Body Deodorizing Supplement?

We recommend taking one capsule per day, at the same time each day. You can take it at whatever time you'd like, but it's very important to take it at the same time everyday. We normally recommend taking DEOS at night, as the concentrated super greens can cause occasional minor stomach discomfort. This is more tolerable when DEOS is taken at night, since you'll be sleeping as it digests. If you find you need a little extra strength, feel free to up the dosage to two capsules. We recommend splitting the dosage in two: one in the morning and one at night. Please do not exceed two capsules per day. You may also want to consider adding our Body Deodorizing Spray to your routine for additional defense and peace of mind.
