My order says it was delivered, but I did not receive it.

Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered a little early, so your order may still arrive within 24 hours. In the meantime:

• Double-check around your home, mailbox, or with neighbors

• If you live in an apartment, check with your front desk or package room

If you still don’t receive your order after 24 hours, contact our support team and we’ll be happy to help track it down or send a replacement.
