Step 1: Where did you order from?
There is only one source of guaranteed authentic DEOS: our website. If you ordered your DEOS anywhere other than www.trydeos.com, you may have received a counterfeit.
We also sell authentic DEOS on Amazon and TikTok Shop. However, you should be aware that counterfeits exist on both of those platforms. To ensure you ordered from us, please only order from these seller accounts:

Purchases on either Amazon and TikTok shop from any accounts other than the two above are almost certainly counterfeit.
If you ordered from: Temu, Walmart, Shein, eBay, or any other 3rd party reseller website, your bottle is almost certainly counterfeit. We do not sell DEOS on Temu, Walmart, Shein, or eBay, nor do we sell our product to any online resellers.
Step 2: Authentication by appearance

Authenticity Sticker: If your bottle has an authenticity sticker, it is guaranteed to be authentic. However, if your bottle does not have an authenticity sticker, that is not necessarily an indicator of a counterfeit bottle. All new batches of DEOS Body Deodorizing Supplement have the sticker, but we have made a few batches without them previously. Bottles from those batches are still available as of writing this article, but we will update once those bottles are all gone. From then, all new authentic DEOS will have an authenticity sticker.
If you are suspicious of your bottle(s), you can contact us with the batch number(s) and we can validate authenticity. Please contact us with the email at the bottom of this article. We do not make these batch numbers publicly available to prevent counterfeiters from using them.

Capsule Shells: Authentic DEOS Body Deodorizing Supplement capsule shells are always transparent. Many of the counterfeits on the market use green dyed capsule shells. If your bottle contains green dyed capsules, it is counterfeit.

Capsule Contents Color: Authentic DEOS Body Deodorizing Supplement is a very dark green powder, nearly black in appearance. If your capsule contents are anything other than very dark green, including light green, they are counterfeit. If the contents are white, they are guaranteed counterfeit.

Bottle Caps: Recently produced bottles of DEOS Body Deodorizing Supplement have caps with the DEOS leaf logo on the top. If your bottle has our leaf logo on the cap, it's almost certainly authentic. As of writing this, September 23 2025, not all bottles will have these leafs, due to current inventory on hand. We will update this article once all authentic bottles of DEOS have the leaf logo on the cap.

Bottle Shape/Size: Due to the recent 2025 tariffs, we have had to make changes to our sourcing for empty bottles. Because of this, bottle size and appearance may vary from order to order. We intend on getting this being resolved in the near future. For now, please do not consider the bottle size or shape as an indicator of a counterfeit.
